Donna Hoaglin, LMT

I am so happy to be joining the great team of massage therapists at The Wellness Connection. Practicing massage therapy has been a big part of my life that I started 16 years ago when I went to school at Omaha School of Massage Therapy in Nebraska. I love getting to help people relax and recharge. My goal is to help you turn off the distractions of life, deeply relax, and tune into what you really are beyond the body. My specialties include relaxing swedish massage therapy, trigger point, and sports massage.  Hope to see you soon!

The Wellness Connection

I have been a massage therapist since 2011 and specialize in focused deep tissue work to alleviate pain througout the body.  I have also expanded my skills to help treat and prevent headaches and migraines through the use of cold stones.  My passion is to continue learning the best ways in fighting headaches and migraines to try and alleviate them completely.  "Optimum health requires the mind, physical body, and spirit to be in balance"- try to find your balance everyday.

The therapists at The Wellness Connection strive to give clients pain relief as well as relaxation. Our therapists have such diversity in their training that there really is a type of massage for everyone.  When you call our office we will do our best to fit the right treatment and therapist with your needs.  We offer everything from deep tissue, energy work, migraine therapy, cupping, and much more.  Our new location provides "Therapy in a Spa Setting" and we offer referral discounts, monthly newsletters, and seasonal promotions.

I became a massage therapists in 2006.  I wanted to help people reduce the stress in their lives.  I was trained in Shiatsu massage but also use techniques learned in Myofascial, Thai, and Swedish massages in most treatments.  I also use Reiki, Chakra Balancing, and other energy healing techniques.  It's amazing how much better one can feel if the energy in their body is flowing clockwise and even.  I have helped several pre-op and post-op patients with pain management.

Miranda Howell, LMT

I've been a LMT since 2008.  My first continuing education class was on myofascial release, followed with training in Upledgers Cranial Sacral Therapy.  My absolute favorite type of technique is Massage Cupping.  I took my certification in 2010 and continued to train with ACE massage cupping in Ashville, North Carolina, where I completed a practicum with integrating massage cupping with scoliosis.  I love how cupping can be used for any adhesions, muscle spasms, sinuses, diaphragm, the list goes on.  The most important thing to me is my clients.  They truly are the reason I do what I do.  To help them with pain and have the added benefit to relax for an hour or so is a gift I'm happy to give.
